AI Transparency Notice

1. How the Platform uses AI

1.1. Plumar is a generative-AI platform. Images, video, voice, music and text produced through it are created by artificial-intelligence models from your Input — they are not recordings of real events.

1.2. Generation runs on third-party foundation models integrated into the Platform. Which model handles a given request depends on the feature and may change as models are updated or replaced.

1.3. Where the Platform offers an assistant or chat, you are interacting with an AI system, not a human operator.

2. Labelling synthetic content

2.1. Under applicable transparency rules — including Article 50 of the EU AI Act — providers and deployers of generative AI must ensure that synthetic content is identifiable as artificially generated, and that deep fakes are disclosed as such.

2.2. We disclose, here and in our Terms, that all Output of the Platform is AI-generated.

2.3. When you publish Output, disclosure is your responsibility. If your Output depicts a real person, or resembles real events, persons or places in a way that could mislead a viewer, you must clearly indicate that it is artificially generated. Many distribution platforms also require you to set their own “AI-generated” flag.

3. Limitations and risks

3.1. Generative models are probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, anatomically or physically implausible, unintentionally offensive, or similar to existing works. It may misrepresent facts (“hallucinate”).

3.2. Output is not advice of any kind and must not be relied on as a factual record. Review Output before you use it.

3.3. Safety filters — ours and our providers’ — are imperfect: they may block legitimate requests and may fail to block everything they should. A block is not an accusation, and the absence of a block is not approval.

4. Data and model training

4.1. We do not use your Input or Output to train our own AI models.

4.2. Third-party AI Providers process your Input to return a result. Their own retention and model-improvement practices are governed by their terms, which differ between providers. See our Privacy Policy; a current list of AI sub-processors is available on request at legal@plumar.ai.

5. Likeness and deep fakes

5.1. Creating content that depicts an identifiable real person requires that person’s consent. Where you upload a photograph containing a face, you confirm you hold that consent.

5.2. Using a real person’s likeness to make them appear to say or do something they did not, in a way capable of deceiving a viewer, is prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy — regardless of whether the person is a public figure.

6. Your responsibility

6.1. You decide what to generate and whether to publish it. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your Output in your jurisdiction, for the rights and consents behind your Input, and for disclosing AI generation where the law or the distribution platform requires it.
