This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) forms part of our Terms of Service and defines what may and may not be created or done using the Plumar platform and its machine-learning-powered production tools. By using the Service you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. General principles
1.1. You are responsible for your Input, for the Output you generate, and for how you use it — including compliance with the laws that apply to you.
1.2. The Service is a professional tool for filmmaking and commercial creative work. It is not a platform for harassment, deception or unlawful material.
2. Prohibited content
2.1. Do not create, upload or distribute through the Service:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors — in any form, real or synthetic. This is reported to the competent authorities and results in immediate permanent termination.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic (“deepfake”) nudity of real people.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, personality or publicity rights.
- Deceptive material presented as real: fabricated news, fake evidence, impersonation of officials, brands or media outlets.
- Content designed to facilitate fraud, malware, or unlawful surveillance.
3. Special rules for generating real people
3.1. Do not create content depicting an identifiable real person without that person’s consent. Where you upload a photograph containing a face, you confirm that you hold the consent required to do so.
3.2. Do not use the likeness of a public figure to make them appear to say or do something they did not, in a manner capable of deceiving a viewer.
3.3. Any synthetic content depicting a real person must, when published, be clearly identified as artificially generated — see our AI Transparency Notice.
4. Service integrity
4.1. Do not attempt to bypass safety filters or rate limits, “jailbreak” the underlying models, reverse-engineer the Platform, use automated means to extract data, resell access, or share your account credentials.
5. Enforcement
5.1. Depending on severity and history, we may: remove content; restrict a feature; suspend or terminate the account without refund; and, where the law requires it, notify the competent authorities.
5.2. Automated filters (our own and those of our AI Providers) may block a generation before it completes. A block is not an accusation; where you believe it is a mistake, write to support@plumar.ai.
5.3. Decisions to remove content or restrict an account can be appealed to legal@plumar.ai and are reviewed by a person.
6. Reporting a violation
6.1. Report content that breaches this Policy to support@plumar.ai, with a link and a description of the problem. Reports are reviewed without undue delay. Intellectual-property complaints follow the separate procedure in our IP & Takedown Policy.
7. Changes & contact
7.1. We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified via the Service. Questions: legal@plumar.ai.
