1. What cookies are
1.1. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit plumar.ai and app.plumar.ai (the “Service”). We also use similar technologies such as local storage. This Policy explains which ones we use and why.
1.2. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Daniil Kudinov (ინდივიდუალური მეწარმე დანიილ კუდინოვ) (Registration No. (NAPR): B26394689, Taxpayer ID: 345848782, Selim Khimshiashvili St. 20, Batumi, Georgia).
2. Your choice
2.1. Strictly necessary cookies are set without asking, because the Service cannot work without them and because storing your own privacy choice is itself necessary.
2.2. All other cookies — analytics and advertising — are set only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Essential only”, they are never set and no advertising script is loaded at all.
2.3. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser; the banner will then ask again.
3. Strictly necessary
- sb-access-token — authentication token. Identifies you and keeps you signed in. Duration: session.
- sb-refresh-token — session refresh token. Duration: up to 1 year.
- pl_consent — records your cookie choice so we do not ask on every visit. Duration: 1 year.
- pl_geo — your region (EU/international or Russia), used to decide which legal documents, currency and consent mode apply to you. Contains a two-letter region marker only. Duration: 1 year.
Without these you cannot sign in, and we cannot honour your privacy choice.
4. Functional
4.1. Interface preferences (for example sidebar state, sound settings), stored on your device. Duration: up to 1 year.
5. Advertising — only with your consent
5.1. These help us understand which channel or advertisement brought you to us, and whether our advertising is worth its cost. They are not set before you accept.
- pl_attr — first-party. Records which link or advertisement you arrived from (for example “meta_ads”, campaign and creative name). Contains no personal data. Duration: 90 days.
- _fbp, _fbc — set by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) to measure the performance of our advertising on Instagram and Facebook. Duration: up to 90 days.
5.2. Meta acts as an independent controller for the data it collects through the Pixel. Its processing is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. Because Meta may process data outside the EU/EEA, such transfers rely on the safeguards described in Meta’s own policy.
6. Managing cookies
6.1. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — “Privacy” section). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in; blocking the rest does not affect how the Service works for you.
6.2. To opt out after having accepted, clear this site’s cookies — this removes both your consent record and the advertising cookies.
